摘  要:针对某新开发4.5t商用车车架在可靠性耐久试验中出现车架右纵梁前端、首横梁位置在不同平台、不同厂家出现两次开裂现象,通过现场确定开裂位置及原因分析,优化结构设计,并进行二次可靠性试验,最终确定可行方案。In response to the occurrence of two cracks in the front end of the right longitudinal beam and the front end of the first crossbeam of a newly developed 4.5t commercial vehicle frame on different platforms and manufacturers during the reliability and durability test,the crack location and cause analysis have been determined on site.The structural design has been optimized,and a secondary reliability test has been con-ducted to determine the feasibility of the plan.
