摘  要:随着工业化与信息化的深度融合,基础自动化设备与车间MES系统之间,需要工业通讯技术支持来完成通讯。数控悬臂吊折弯机通过VT19数控系统完成工件编程,将加工产品数据、X轴目标值数据,通过TCP通讯传输到S7-1500中,由S7-1500完成X轴运动控制、显示加工产品数据,再由S7-1500集成所有数据打包,统一与车间MES系统实现通讯。本文论述了基于西门子S7-1500 PLC与折弯机专用数控系统VT19实现TCP通讯的原理、数据结构与定义及具体实现方法。该方法在数控吊臂折弯机中得到了应用,能为用户提供MES系统需要的所有基础数据,同时在用户现场得到了验证,实践证明通讯正常、可靠。With the deep integration of industrialization and informatization,it is necessary to use industrial communication technology to support communication between basic automation equipment and workshop MES systems.The CNC cantilever bending machine completes workpiece programming through the VT19 CNC sys-tem,and transmits the processed product data and X-axis target value data to S7-1500 through TCP com-munication.The S7-1500 completes X-axis motion control and displays the processed product data,and then integrates all data packaging with S7-1500 to achieve unified communication with the workshop MES system.The principle,data structure&definition,and specific implementation method of TCP communication based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC and dedicated VT19 CNC system for bending machine have been discussed in the text.This method has been applied in the CNC cantilever bending machine,providing users with all the ba-sic data required by the MES system,and has been verified on site by users.It is proved by practice that communication is normal and reliable.
