粗花呢服装接缝性能的分析及改善措施

摘　　要：基于粗花呢服装的面料特点,从不同的缝口形式、缝边宽度、夹持面积以及接缝处有无衬布4个方面测试其接缝性能,进而提出合理的改善措施。实验结果指出,采用内包缝、增加缝边宽度、接缝处增加衬布、测试时增加夹持面积均能在一定程度上改善粗花呢面料的接缝性能。Based on the fabric characteristics of tweed clothing,its seam performance is tested from four aspects:different seam forms,seam width,clamping area and the presence or absence of interlining at the seam,and reasonable improvement measures are proposed.The experimental results indicate that using inner seam,increasing seam width,adding lining fabric at the seams and increasing clamping area during testing can all improve the seam performance of tweed fabrics to a certain extent.
