摘　　要：为开发具有实际意义的负泊松比织物,文章探讨了工艺参数对织物拉胀性能的影响,基于平行四边形、旋转条纹等结构设计了一种新型风车矩形负泊松比绷带,构造了几何模型并进行理论分析,设计了2种组织循环数以及3种线圈密度,采用锦纶长丝和锦纶/氨纶包缠纱合并喂入横机进行织造。通过对织物负泊松比大小进行测试,探究不同工艺参数对织物性能的影响。结果表明,横向拉伸时,织物具有较为明显的负泊松比效应,随着组织循环数和线圈的增大,拉胀效果愈加明显。In order to develop the negative Poisson’s ratio fabrics with practical significance,this paper explores the influence of process parameters on the tensile properties and designs a new type of windmill rectangular negative Poisson’s ratio bandage based on parallelograms,rotating stripes and other structures.A geometric model is constructed and theoretical analysis is conducted.Two types of tissue cycle numbers and three types of coil densities are designed,and nylonfilament and nylon/spandex wrapped yarn are combined and fed into aflat knitting machine for weaving.By testing the negative Poisson’s ratio of fabrics,the influence of different process parameters on fabric properties is explored.The results show that the fabric exhibits a significant negative Poisson’s ratio effect during transverse stretching,and the stretching effect becomes more pronounced with the increase of the number of weave cycles and coils.
