摘　　要：CNIS experts attend the 5th plenary meeting of ISO/TC 323,ISO/TC 323 on circular economy held the 5th plenary meeting in hybrid forms recently,assembling over 100 experts from more than 40 countries including France,the U.S.,Germany,China,Japan,etc.Two experts from the Branch of Resource and Environment Research,CNIS,attended the meeting virtually.
