摘　　要：城市职能是城市经济特征的集中反映,科学认识城市职能对公园绿地供给的影响规律,对推进“公园城市”建设具有现实意义。文章基于职能视角,以我国286个地级及以上城市为研究对象,揭示全国15个产业部门的职能标准化指数对公园绿地率、人均公园绿地面积的影响关系。结果表明:1)城市职能是影响城市公园绿地供给的关键因素,且各产业部门对公园绿地指标的影响具有异质性。2)各城市职能对公园绿地率的促进作用呈现出水利环境公设管理业(0.129)>建筑业(-0.121)>卫生社会保障和福利业(-0.160)的规律。3)城市职能对人均公园绿地面积的相对影响力是既有标准所涉变量的4倍,其中,制造业的促进作用最显著,而卫生社会保障和福利业的抑制作用最强烈。研究结果说明工业、服务业职能对公园绿地供给具有深刻影响。Urban function is a reflection of the economic characteristics of a city.Understanding correctly this impact is of great practical significance for promoting the construction of “Park City”.From the perspective of urban functions,the paper selects 286 cities at the prefecture level or above in China to reveal the impact of functional standardization indexes of 15 industrial sectors on park green space rate and park green space per capita.The results show:1) Urban functions are the key factor affecting the supply of urban park green space,and various industrial sectors have heterogeneous influences on the indicators of park green space supply are;2) Urban functions play different roles in increasing park green space rate,which rank as public facility sector for water conservancy and environmental protection(0.129) construction sector(-0.121) health/social security/welfare sectors(-0.160);and 3) The impact of urban functions on the park green space per capita is four times more than the variables in the existing standards.Among them,the manufacturing sector has the most significant positive driving effect,while the health/social security/welfare sectors have the strongest inhibitory effect.The results confirm that the functions of industry and service sectors have a profound impact on the supply of park green spaces.
