摘  要:预浸料作为制备连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTPC)的中间材料,其性能的好坏将对CFRTPC的性能产生直接的影响,而预浸料的性能则是通过树脂浸渍纤维的程度来评判,提高树脂基体的流动性和纤维的展开程度均可以起到提高树脂浸渍纤维的程度。本文就提高纤维的展开程度即展纱工艺,结合国内外相关研究分别对机械展纱、气流展纱、声波展纱、超声波展纱和静电展纱进行了详细的介绍,并对展纱工艺的发展做进一步展望。As the intermediate material for the preparation of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(CFRTPC),the performance of prepreg had a direct impact on the performance of CFRTPC.The performance of prepreg was judged by the degree to which the resin was impregnated with the fiber.Improving the fluidity of resin matrix and the degree of fiber spreading could improve the degree of resin impregnated fiber.In this paper,in order to improve the development of fiber,yarn spreading process,mechanical yarn spreading,air flow yarn spreading,sonic yarn spreading,ultrasonic yarn spreading and electrostatic yarn spreading were introduced,and the development of yarn spreading process was further prospected.
