摘 要:降低摩擦副的摩擦磨损是提高机械设备工作效率的一个重要措施。工程塑料因其质量轻、容易成型、耐腐蚀等特点被广泛代替金属摩擦副应用到机械领域中。通过对工程塑料进行填料改性,表面织构等方法可以克服工程塑料一些固有的缺点,得到低摩擦系数、耐磨性良好等优异性特点的复合材料。综述了工程塑料在机械设备中的应用和用不同的方法对工程塑料进行改性探究其复合材料在与金属材料对摩时的摩擦磨损性能,讨论了复合材料摩擦副转移膜的形成和摩擦条件、不同填料,表面织构对转移膜形成的影响因素。随着工程塑料研究的进一步发展,改性后的工程塑料性能不断提高,在代替摩擦副中的金属零件应用广泛,并向先进制造领域延伸,具有广阔的发展空间。Reducing the friction and wear of the friction pair was an important measure to improve the efficiency of mechanical equipment.Engineering plastics had characteristics,such as,lightweight,easy to form,corrosit resistance and so on,thus they were widely applied to the field of machinery instead of metal friction pair.Through filling modification,surface texture and other methods,some inherent shortcomings of pure engineering plastics were overcame to obtain low friction coefficient,good wear resistance and other excellent characteristics of composite materials.The application of engineering plastics in mechanical equipment and the modification of engineering plastics by different methods was reviewed,the friction and wear properties of their composites were discussed when rubbing with metal materials,and the formation and friction conditions of friction pair transfer film of composite materials,different fillers,and surface texture on the formation of transfer film were discussed.With the further breakthrough of engineering plastics research,the performance of modified engineering plastics was improved continuously,and they were widely used in friction pairs replacing metal parts,and extended to the field of advanced manufacturing,showing broad development potential.
