摘 要:海泡石(SEP)是层链状结构的纳米硅酸盐材料,其独特的结构和优良的性能在热固性聚合物复合材料填充改性中具有广泛的应用前景。文章概述了SEP黏土和热固性聚合物基复合材料制备工艺,列举了SEP与常用热固性聚合物环氧树脂(EP)、不饱和聚酯(UP)、聚氨酯(PUR)、酚醛树脂(PF)在阻燃性能上的研究,总结了SEP的结构和性质对热固性聚合物阻燃的影响,介绍了SEP与纳米材料、膨胀型阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂及金属氧化物的协同阻燃效应。最后,针对热固性聚合物/SEP复合材料阻燃性能的研究提出了展望。Sepiolite(SEP)was a kind of nano-silicate material with a layer-chain structure.It had wide range of potential applications in the filling and modification of thermosetting polymer composites due to its exceptional properties and distinctive structure.The preparation process of SEP clay and thermosetting polymer-based composite materials was summarized and the research on the flame retardancy of SEP and common thermosetting polymers,such as,epoxy resin(EP),unsaturated polyester(UP),polyurethane(PUR),and phenolic resin(PF)was enumerated.The influence of the structure and properties of SEP on the flame-retardancy of thermosetting polymers was summarized,and the synergistic flame retardancy of SEP with nano-materials,intumescent flame-retardants,phosphorus flame retardants,and metal oxides was introduced.Finally,the outlook for the research on the flame retardancy of thermosetting polymer/SEP composites was put forward.
