摘　　要：双向拉伸薄聚丙烯膜(BOPP)应用于标签基材领域分别应用于环绕标签、不干胶标签和模内标签。基于BOPP模内标签膜应用于聚烯烃塑料件模内贴标领域具有单一材料易回收的环保优势,符合当今环保的趋势。本文重点从BOPP模内标签膜在不同成型工艺的应用特点,综述了国内外的薄膜和设备生产厂家,并对BOPP模内标签膜的产业化现状、瓶颈与机会进行了分析。随着科学技术的进步和环保回收政策的落实,BOPP模内标签膜有望在近期可逐步在不同成型工艺的塑料制品上部分替代不干胶标签膜,成为BOPP产业化典范。Biaxially oriented polypropylene film(BOPP)could be used in the field of label substrates,including wrap labels,self-adhesive labels,and in-mold labels.The BOPP film applied to in-mold label in the labeling field of polyolefin plastic products had the environmental advantage of easy recycling of a single material,which was conformed to the current trend of environmental protection.This article focused on the application characteristics of BOPP film using in in-mold label in different molding processes,the domestic and foreign film and equipment manufacturers were summarized,and the industrialization status,bottlenecks,and opportunities of BOPP film of in-mold label were analyzed.With the progress of science and technology and the implementation of environmental protection and recycling policies,the BOPP film using in in-mold label was expected to gradually replace the self-adhesive label film on plastic products with different molding processes in the near future,becoming a model for the industrialization of functional label substrates.
