摘  要:对杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮(PPEK)进行氯甲基化改性,得到一系列不同氯甲基化程度(DCM)的氯甲基化杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮(CMPPEK),以三氯化铝为催化剂,采用热交联的方式制备得到TMPPEK耐溶剂膜,考察了热处理温度和DCM对TMPPEK膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度和DCM的增加,膜交联程度增加,耐溶剂性能逐渐增强,同时热稳定性也有所提高;当热处理温度为120℃时,膜在N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙醇和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中的凝胶含量介于90%~99%;当DCM在2.34 mmol/g以上时,膜在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等有机溶剂中的凝胶含量高于90%,表明TMPPEK膜具有优异的耐溶剂性。A series of chloromethylated poly(phthalazinone ether ketone)s(CMPPEK)with different degrees of chloromethylation(DCM)were obtained by chloromethylation of poly(phthalazinone ether ketone)s(PPEK).The TMPPEK solvent-resistant membranes were prepared by thermal crosslinking with aluminum trichloride as the catalyst.The effects of heat treatment temperature and DCM on the structure and properties of membranes were investigated.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature and DCM,the crosslinking degree,the solvent resistance,and the thermal stability of membranes are increased.When the heat treatment temperature is 120 ℃,the gel contents of membranes in organic solvents,such as,N-methylpyrrolidone,ethanol and tetrahydrofuran are 90%-99%.When the DCM values are above 2.34 mmol/g,the gel contents of membranes are higher than 90%,which indicates that the TMPPEK membranes have excellent solvent resistance.
