摘  要:葡聚糖(Dex)是一种微生物多糖,因其良好的生物相容性、可降解性、无毒性而被广泛研究。然而,纯Dex难以成膜,因此不适于包装材料。在本研究中,通过化学改性得到具有醛基的氧化葡聚糖(ODex)和端氨基聚乙二醇(NH_(2)-PEG-NH_(2)),利用醛基和氨基的席夫碱反应,制备了不同比例的聚乙二醇/葡聚糖席夫碱型复合薄膜。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和同步热分析(DSC-TG)等表征了复合薄膜的结构、形貌和热性能。结果表明,随着氨基聚乙二醇加入量的增加,复合薄膜的力学性能、热稳定性和透水率均有所增大;且最大拉伸强度可达48.89 MPa;在波长为350 nm以下,透光率基本为零,有很强的抗紫外性。本研究为葡聚糖基薄膜的制备与改性提供了全新思路,为其在包装领域的应用提供一定的理论依据。Dextran(Dex)was a microbial polysaccharide,which had been extensively studied because of its biocompatibility,degradability and low toxicity.However,pure Dex was difficult to form film,and it was thus not suitable for packaging materials.In this study,oxidized Dextran(ODex)with aldehyde group and amino polyethylene glycol(NH_2-PEG-NH_2)were obtained through chemical modification of Dex and polyethylene glycol(PEG).By the Schiff base reaction of aldehyde and amino groups,polyethylene glycol/dextran Schiff base type composite film with different proportions were prepared.The structure,morphology and thermal properties of the composite films were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and simultaneous thermal analysis(DSC-TG).The results show that the mechanical properties,thermal stability and water permeability of the film increase with the increase of amino polyethylene glycol addition.The maximum tensile strength of the composite film could reach 48.89 MPa.At a wavelength of 350 nm or less,the transmittance is zero and has good UV resistance.This study provides a new idea for the preparation and modification of dextran-based film and provides some theoretical basis for its application in the field of packaging.
