摘 要:为建立一种快速有效的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维直径测试方法,采用传统测试方法获得PTFE线密度(T),用显微镜和图像分析软件测出纤维直径(D),通过统计分析二者的相关性,拟合出回归模型:D=39.06+0.425 3T,相关系数r=0.955,表明PTFE纤维直径与线密度间具有强正相关性。F检验和T检验证明该方法与标准法检测差异不显著。通过测量系统分析表明该方法具有良好的重复性和再现性。因此通过传统测试方法获得PTFE线密度,再经过回归方程的自动换算,可同步实现PTFE纤维直径的自动化快速检测。In order to establish a fast and effective test method of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fiber diameter,the paper obtained the PTFE fiber linear density by the traditional test method,and used the microscope and image analysis software to measure the fiber diameter.Through statistical analysis of the correlation between the two,the regression model was fitted:D=39.06+0.425 3T,correlation coefficient r=0.955,indicating a strong positive correlation between PTFE fiber diameter and linear density.The F test and T test show that there is no significant difference between this method and the standard method.The measurement system analysis shows that the method has good repeatability and reproducibility.Therefore,the linear density of PTFE fiber can be obtained by the traditional measurement method,and then the automatic conversion of the regression equation can realize the automatic and rapid detection of PTFE fiber diameter synchronously.
