摘  要:目前在已开通运营的城轨交通线路中,采用传统计算机联锁技术的信号系统仍占主流,由继电器电路构成的转辙机控制电路组合部件繁多、结构复杂、动作相对频繁,任何一处出现问题,都将发生道岔故障报警,不可避免地对地铁正常运营秩序造成影响。为此提出对缺乏冗余功能的道岔继电电路进行冗余设计:通过在车站额外配置一套备用道岔控制组合,实现与全站所有道岔控制组合间切换;采用研发的道岔电气冗余操作系统,利用“软件驱动+硬件执行”的方式,为全站所有道岔电气部分提供N+1冷备冗余,通过远程操作对道岔电气故障部件进行整体隔离;同时,启用备用组合维持道岔的正常功能,提升道岔电气控制电路可用性。Signal systems using traditional computer interlocking technology still occupying the mainstream in the opened operation lines in urban rail transit.The switch machine control circuit composed of relay circuits has numerous components,complex structures,and relatively frequent actions.If any problem occurs,a turnout fault alarm will occur,inevitably affecting the normal operation order of the subway.For this reason,the redundancy design of relay circuit of turnout which lacks redundancy function is put forward.By configuring an additional set of backup switch machine control combinations at each station,switching between all point controls combinations at the entire station is achieved.The developed turnout electrical redundancy operating system is adopted,and software driven and hardware executed methods are used.Providing N+1 cold standby redundancy for all electrical components of the turnout in the entire station which can quickly isolate the electrical faulty components of the turnout through remote operation in the event of a point failure.At the same time,activate the backup combination to maintain the normal function of the turnout and improve the availability of the electrical control circuit of the turnout.
