摘 要:针对当前在提速道岔转换过程中不能方便获取转辙机动作杆动程、尖轨位移的问题,提出采用激光传感器和磁致伸缩位移传感器获取数据,并形成道岔转换曲线。利用该转换曲线,既可计算动作杆动程、密贴量/开程量、空动距离、锁闭量/解锁量等参数,还可分析道岔转换过程中动作杆、尖轨、锁闭装置动作的平顺性和同步性,有助于发现道岔隐藏故障。经与人工测量值对比,进一步验证转换曲线的正确性,可为道岔调整提供数据支撑。In response to the problem of not being able to conveniently obtain the movement range of the switch lever and the displacement of the switch rail during the current speed increase switch conversion process,it is proposed to use laser sensors and magnetostrictive displacement sensors respectively to obtain data and form the switch conversion curve.By this method,the actual switch transition curves can be obtained,and some key parameters including the switch lever displacement,locking amount,unlocking amount,and idle motion distance,closure and disclosure are calculated.The switch lever,switch rail and lock part movement during transition are analyzed to reflect the smoothness and synchronization of turnout transition.The method is helpful to discover hidden faults in the switch.By comparing with manual measurement values,the correctness of the conversion curve has been further verified,which can provide data support for switch adjustment.
