摘 要:信号联锁关系是铁路运输的生命线。针对当前信号设计在施工图阶段存在的某些问题,结合具体铁路工程建设项目,从设备管理角度,深入探讨和分析信号联锁设计对信号维护工作的影响,提出严格执行各类设计规范,优化设计结构,减少系统间的设备接口;完善设计的过程控制;研制或补充完善配线图自动生成系统;规范施工图纸设计,提升图纸细部标准;增加工程开通后的图纸验收环节;优化施工方案,减少开通压力;加强联锁专业人才队伍建设等7条解决对策,为今后的信号设计及铁路信号管理工作提供借鉴。Signal interlocking relationship is the lifeline of railway transportation.In view of some problems existing in the current signal design during the construction drawing stage,combined with specific railway engineering construction projects,the influence of signal interlocking design on signal maintenance work is deeply discussed and analyzed from the perspective of equipment management.And the total seven solutions are suggested including strict implementing of various design specifications,optimizing design structure,and reducing equipment interfaces among systems,even improving the process control of the design process,developing or supplementing and improving an automatic generation system for wiring diagrams,standardizing construction drawing design and improving drawing detail standards,adding the drawing acceptance process after the project is completed,optimize construction plans to reduce construction pressure,and strengthening the construction of interlocking professional talent team.These suggestions will provide references for future signal design and railway signal management work.
