合供视角下城郊村的更新与治理——基于扎根理论的纵向单案例研究

摘　　要：城郊村作为地理位置特殊且边界模糊的治理单元,其治理具有复杂性和动态性特征。基于合供的视角对青山村进行纵向案例研究,发现城郊村的更新与治理要坚持多主体参与的合供,并形成制度上的创新。在此基础上,通过吸纳更多参与主体和激发参与动力来保障合供的延续性。城郊村更新与治理是一个螺旋上升的发展过程,长期的合供会逐步促进生态系统化,最终形成超越合供本身的制度安排,成为城郊村实现可持续发展和乡村振兴的制度支撑。青山村的合供实践启示,在城郊村更新与治理中,应发挥多元主体的治理优势,以多主体参与合供为切入点,结合不同城郊村实际,探索更新治理可适性路径,最终形成自身的长效机制。The peri-urban village is a governance unit with a particular geographical location and fuzzy boundaries,whose governance is characterized by complexity and dynamism.Based on the longitudinal case study of Castle Peak Village from the perspective of coproduction,it is found that the renewal and governance of peri-urban villages should adhere to the coproduction of multiple actors and realize institutional innovations.On this basis,the continuity of coproduction is guaranteed by attracting more participating subjects and stimulating participation motivation.Renewal and governance of peri-urban villages is a spiral development process,and long-term coproduction will gradually become ecosystemic and eventually form an institutional arrangement that goes beyond the coproduction itself and becomes the institutional support for sustainable development and rural revitalization of peri-urban villages.This case study reveals that it is necessary to continue to give full play to the governance advantages of multiple actors,use the participation of multiple actors in coproduction as an entry point and take into account the specific realities of different peri-urban villages to carry out their regeneration and governance and finally form their own mechanisms of sustainable development.
