摘 要:为了彻底解决皮带运输机使用过程中的粘料和落料问题,文章通过深入分析皮带粘料的成因和特点,研究出由“辊刷-剥离鞭-高压气刀”组成的多级耦合皮带清除技术,并开发了包含清洁系统、散料回收系统、智能控制系统的多效耦合智能皮带清洁机。基于仿真和试验研究的方法,验证了高压气刀装置对浆状层的清除效果,明确了当入口压强大于0.7 MPa、喷射距离为5~10 mm、喷射角度为70°,喷孔间距为4.5 mm、高压气刀采用双排错列布置时,在工程运行过程中粘料皮带表面能够获得较好的清除效果。目前,多效耦合智能皮带清洁机已在工程现场运行1年以上,可实现皮带粘料的脱除率90%以上,同时可实现长期有效防粘除粘、清扫回收一体化以及清理过程的无人化。In order to completely solve the problem of material clinging and blanking during the use of belt conveyor,through in-depth analysis on the causes and characteristics of materials clinging to belt,a multi-effects coupled removal technology for belts is researched,which is composed of"roller brush-peeling whip-high-pressure air knife",and a multi-effects coupled intelligent cleaning machine for belts is developed,including cleaning system,bulk cargo recovery system and intelligent control system.Based on the simulation and experimental research method,the removal effect of the high-pressure air knife device on the slurry layer is verified,and it is made clear that when the inlet pressure is greater than 0.7 MPa,the spray distance is 5~10 mm,the spray angle is 70°,the nozzle spacing is 4.5 mm,and the high-pressure air knife adopts double-row staggered arrangement,the surface of the belt twhich has clinging materials on it can obtain a better removal effect during the engineering operation.At present,the multi-effects coupled intelligent cleaning machine for belts has been running on the engineering site for more than 1 year,which can realize the removal rate of clinging materials of more than 90%,and can realize long-term effective anti-sticking and debonding,cleaning and recycling integration and unmanned cleaning process at the same time.
