摘 要:为保证宝山基地高炉渣系流动性、减少高炉硅石配入量,同时合理利用低铁高硅赤铁矿资源、降低球团原料成本,文章探索以高配比低铁高硅赤铁矿生产酸性球团矿的方法,以达到稳定高炉冶炼过程、拓宽球团原料来源的目的;该方法采用高配比赤铁矿的原料结构,通过改变w(SiO_(2)),研究其对球团性能的影响。结果表明:随着w(SiO_(2))的增加,生球的落下强度改善,但爆裂温度有所降低;适当增加w(SiO_(2))有利于球团的焙烧性能、还原性和软熔性能,但当其超过7%时,焙烧球团的强度有所下降,球团的还原膨胀率高于20%;随着w(SiO_(2))的增加,球团矿相中赤铁矿晶体互联程度提高,石英和玻璃体出现的频率增加。在实验室研究结果的基础上开展工业试验,结果表明:以赤铁矿配比50%~80%的原料结构生产w(SiO_(2))为4.0%~6.0%的酸性球团,生产成本显著下降。In order to ensure the fluidity of blast furnace slag in Baoshan base,reduce the incorporation amount of blast furnace silica,rationally utilize low-iron and high-silica hematite resources,and reduce the cost of pellet raw material,the method of producing acid pellets with high-ratio low-iron and high-silica hematite is explored,so as to stabilize the blast furnace smelting process and broaden the source of pellets raw material.This method adopts the raw material structure of high-ratio hematite is used to research the effect of w(SiO_(2))on the performance of pellets by changing it.The results show that,with the increase of w(SiO_(2)),it is beneficial to improve the falling strength of the fresh pellet,but the bursting temperature is decreased.Appropriately increasing w(SiO_(2))is conducive to the roasting performance,reduction and soft melting performance of pellets,but when it exceeds 7%,the strength of roasted pellets is decreased,and the reduction expansion rate of pellets is higher than 20%.With the increase of w(SiO_(2)),the degree of interconnection of hematite crystals in the pellet phase is increased,and the frequency of quartz and vitreous occurrence is increased.On the basis of the results of laboratory research,industrial experiments are carried out to produce acidic pellets with w(SiO_(2))of 4.0%~6.0%with a raw material structure with a ratio of 50%~80%hematite,and the cost of pellet raw material is significantly reduced.
