基于资源共享视角的高校周边老旧社区更新策略研究——以杭州市屏峰社区为例

摘  要:与城市其他老旧社区比较,高校周边老旧社区普遍具有人口结构复杂、创业氛围浓厚、文化复合交融等多元化特征,其改造模式对提升高校与周边社区的互动作用,促进资源共享具有重要影响。该文以杭州市留下街道屏峰社区改造为例,从资源共享视角出发,通过分析社区人口结构、存量资源、历史文化以及周边创业环境等现状特征,提出以居住、工作、生活等多功能复合的“创居共同体”社区更新理念,将高校及其周边空间与社区自身的各类存量资源进行有效整合,总结提炼出高校周边老旧社区更新策略,为城市同类老旧社区更新改造以及相关部门决策提供设计参考与更新思路。Compared with other old communities in the city,the old communities around colleges and universities generally have diverse characteristics such as complex population structure,strong entrepreneurial atmosphere,and cultural integration.The transformation mode plays an important role in improving the interaction between colleges and surrounding communities,and promoting resource sharing.Taking the reconstruction of Pingfeng Community in Liuxia Street,Hangzhou as an example,from the perspective of resource sharing,we propose the community renewal concept of"creating a community"based on the multi-functional combination of living,working and living,by analyzing the current characteristics of community population structure,stock resources,history and culture,and surrounding entrepreneurial environment.The university and its surrounding space are effectively integrated with the various stock resources of the community.Finally,the renewal strategies of the old communities around universities and colleges are summarized and refined,which can provide the renewal ideas and design reference for the renewal and transformation of the same old communities in the city and related departments.
