摘 要:将热电复合材料中取向相同的夹杂及其对应基体视为一种伪晶粒,根据Mori-Tanaka方法得到每种伪晶粒的等效热电性能;假设伪晶粒内热电强度场均匀(V假设)或热电通量场均匀(R假设),对所有伪晶粒的等效热电性能按夹杂取向的概率分布函数进行加权平均,分别得到两种预测热电复合材料等效热电性能的理论模型(V模型和R模型),结果表明基于V模型的理论解与有限元解之间的相对误差小于3.5%,证实了该模型的有效性。The inclusions with the same orientation and their corresponding matrix in the thermoelectric composite are regarded as a type of pseudo-grains,and the effective thermoelectric properties(ETP)of all pseudo-grains are obtained according to the Mori-Tanaka method.By assuming uniform thermoelectric intensity field(V assumption)or uniform thermoelectric flux field(R assumption)in pseudo-grains,the ETP of all pseudo-grains are weighted and averaged according to the probability distribution function of inclusion orientation.Thus,two models(V model and R model)for ETP of thermoelectric composites are carried out.The results show that the relative errors between the solutions based on V model and results of finite element analysis are less than 3.5%,which confirmed the validity of the model.
