摘  要:以双曲率船体外板三维曲面件为研究对象,针对小模具对大型板材的分段成形问题,选用方形压头对大型板材进行数值模拟研究。当板材尺寸大于模具大小时,对板材进行分区域成形,实现小模具对大型板材的分段成形。对双曲率板材过渡区的模具型表面进行变形协调设计。采用非均匀有理B样条曲线(NURBS)曲面重构技术构建双曲率分段成形过渡区,并采用数值模拟的方式对成形后的效果进行验证分析,对比有无过渡区的双曲率板材成形,结果表明,设置过渡区可以有效地抑制分段成形的交界处产生的波浪形缺陷,证明了该方法的有效性,为大尺度板材多压头快速成形提供理论基础。Taking the three-dimensional curved parts of the outer plate of double curvature hull as the research object,aiming at the segmental forming problem of large plate with small die,the numerical simulation of large plate with square indenter was carried out.When the size of the plate is larger than the size of the mold,the plate was formed in different regions to realize the small mold of the large plate.The deformation coordination design of mold surface in transition zone of double curvature plate was carried out.The non-uniform rational B-spline curve(NURBS)surface reconstruction technique was used to construct the transition zone of double curvature piecewise forming,and the forming effect was verified and analyzed by numerical simulation.The double curvature sheet forming with or without transition zone was compared.The results show that the setting of transition zone can effectively suppress the wavy defects generated at the junction of piecewise forming.It is proved that the method is effective and provides a theoretical basis for the rapid forming of large scale plate with multiple indenter.
