摘 要:以聚苯乙烯为基体,纳米二氧化硅颗粒为填料构建界面双层结构模型与聚苯乙烯基纳米复合材料结构模型。对二氧化硅表面使用硅烷偶联剂与碳链进行改性修饰,探究界面影响材料性能的机理与不同改性程度纳米颗粒增强聚苯乙烯的作用机理,观察计算聚合物基纳米复合材料之间的相互作用与相容性。通过改变纳米二氧化硅颗粒的粒径和质量分数,来计算不同复合材料的相容性、介电性能和力学性能。试验中以聚苯乙烯为基体树脂,纳米颗粒为填料,构建了聚合物复合片材。通过控制填料含量与颗粒表面改性,观察并分析了复合材料片的介电常数。加入纳米颗粒,复合材料片的介电常数增加;增大颗粒尺寸或改性无机颗粒表面,会削减介电常数的增加。An interfacial bilayer structure model with polystyrene as matrix and silica nanoparticles as filler was constructed with a polystyrene-based nanocomposite structure model.Modification of silica surfaces with silane coupling agents and polymer chains,to investigate the mechanism of interfacial influence on material properties and the effect of different degrees of modification of nanoparticle-reinforced polystyrene,and to observe the microscopic properties of nanocomposites.The dielectric and mechanical properties of the composites were calculated by varying the particle size and mass fraction of the silica nanoparticles.Polymer composite sheets were constructed in the experiment using polystyrene as matrix resin and nanoparticles as fillers.The dielectric constant of the composite sheet was observed and analysed by controlling the filler content and particle surface modification.The addition of nanoparticles increases the dielectric constant of the composite sheet;increasing the particle size or modifying the surface of the inorganic particles cuts the increase in dielectric constant.
