摘　　要：高层次创新型人才培养离不开实践教学。针对中药行业急需的高层次中药学创新型人才培养的短板问题,研究产业发展需求的中药学拔尖创新型人才的特征要素,坚持以创新能力培养为重点目标,构建“产教研融合”的中药学专业人才培养实践教学体系,探索以创新能力提升为导向的“产教研融合”实现路径,以培养适应国家中医药战略需求的中药学拔尖创新型人才。The cultivation of high-level innovative talents is inseparable from practical teaching.In view of the shortcomings of pharmacy high-level personnel training,this paper explores the characteristic elements of top innovative talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine required by industrial development,focuses on innovation ability training,builds a practical teaching system for training talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine majors with "integration of production,teaching and research",and explores its realization path oriented by the improvement of innovation ability,so as to train top innovative talents in Chinese medicine to meet the national strategic needs of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
