摘  要:主要研究斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的快速响应特性,通过建立斜盘组件的数学模型,控制转动惯量、变量活塞腔压力、变量活塞腔截面积等参数进行计算分析,并进行试验验证,试验结果与数学模型分析一致。试验结果表明斜盘组件转动惯量越小、变量活塞腔压力越高、变量活塞腔截面积越大,轴向柱塞泵的快速响应特性就越好;但随变量活塞腔截面积增加,变量过程供油流量增大,将影响斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的快速响应特性。In order to study the fast response characteristics of axial piston pump,the mathematical model of swashplate variable of hydraulic variable pump was established.Through the control of the main parameters such as moment of inertia,pressure and area,the axial piston hydraulic pump was tested and verified.The test data curve obtained from the test verified the accuracy of the mathematical model.And reflects the moment of inertia of inclined plate component,variable piston chamber pressure and its area of influence on hydraulic variable pump fast response characteristics,the results show that the smaller the moment of inertia of inclined plate component,variable piston chamber pressure is higher,variable piston cavity area,the greater the rapid response of the axial piston pump faster,but the greater the variable piston chamber area,variable process requires the hydraulic oil flow rate,the greater the If the oil supply is insufficient,the pressure of the variable piston chamber will fall,affecting the rapid response of the variable pump.
