摘  要:远海油气转驳技术是我国海洋油气田开采的关键技术之一,但面对极端恶劣海况,超深海平台及核心零部件高可靠性和超长寿命服役仍是世界技术难题,高性能长寿命密封系统与元件是行业的“卡脖子”技术难题,需要从相关基础理论研究、技术开发、工程应用等方面实现全面突破。从油气转驳输送技术、高压密封劣化特性、极端环境密封失效规律研究等3个方面,概述了远海油气转驳装备的高性能密封技术研究进展,并对深远海转驳装备的密封理论、技术研究趋势作出展望。Offshore oil and gas transfer technology is one of the key technologies in offshore oil exploitation,but in the face of extremely harsh sea conditions,ultra-deep sea platform and core components of high reliability and ultra-long life operation is still the technical problems of the world,the existing far-reaching offshore oil transfer system and long life seal can not effectively solve these problems.It is urgent to make a comprehensive breakthrough in related basic theoretical research and technological development.In this paper,the research progress of offshore transfer seal technology is summarized,such as the cargo transfer mechanism of crude oil,the degradation mechanism of high pressure seal,and the failure law of seal in extreme environment.Hopefully,this work can provide references for the seals and sealing fields.
