摘  要:由于远程诊断快锻压机液压故障的过程中,提取的快锻压机液压故障特征不准确,致使诊断效果不佳,诊断效率较低,为此,提出基于小波变换的快锻压机液压故障远程诊断技术。在横梁参数设置下,计算快锻压机液压边界和动力载荷,根据快锻压机的动能和势能,构建快锻压机液压动力作用的单元位移函数,分析故障模式下的快锻压机液压动力学,根据分析结果,按照小波包分解重构标准,计算变换阈值指标的取值范围,当频带边界角频率满足变换阈值取值条件时,可精准提取快锻压机液压故障特征,并以此为基础,借助压力测试值、振动测试值,计算液压过流面积区域内残差值指标的具体数值,并根据计算的残差值指标对快锻压机液压故障进行远程诊断。实验结果表明,可在阀芯研磨直径达到0.3 mm之前,完成对快锻压机液压故障行为的诊断,诊断效果与实际故障结果一致,并且诊断效率较高。In the process of remote diagnosis of hydraulic fault of fast forging press,the extracted hydraulic fault features of fast forging press are not accurate,resulting in poor diagnosis effect and low diagnosis efficiency.Therefore,a remote diagnosis technology of hydraulic fault of fast forging press based on wavelet transform is proposed.Under the setting of beam parameters,calculate the hydraulic boundary and dynamic load of the fast forging press.According to the kinetic energy and potential energy of the fast forging press,build the unit displacement function of the hydraulic power of the fast forging press,analyze the hydraulic dynamics of the fast forging press under the fault mode.According to the analysis results,calculate the value range of the transformation threshold index according to the wavelet packet decomposition reconstruction standard.When the angular frequency of the band boundary meets the transformation threshold value conditions,The hydraulic fault characteristics of the fast forging press can be accurately extracted,and based on this,the specific value of the residual value index in the hydraulic flow area area can be calculated with the help of the pressure test value and vibration test value,and the hydraulic fault of the fast forging press can be remotely diagnosed according to the calculated residual value index.The experimental results show that the hydraulic fault behavior of the rapid forging press can be diagnosed before the grinding diameter of the valve core reaches 0.3 mm,and the diagnosis effect is consistent with the actual fault results,and the diagnosis efficiency is high.
