摘 要:开展北京市生态环境质量动态监测,全面掌握首都生态环境变化情况,明确未来发展趋势,是优化首都功能、打造和谐宜居生态之都的重要支撑及实现新时期首都生态文明建设的关键依据。遥感生态指数作为一种生态综合环境指数,能够快速监测与评价区域生态环境质量,但目前针对北京市的遥感生态指数分析以区域性变化研究为主,缺少北京市生态环境质量的趋势分析和基于遥感生态指数的生态环境质量评价的验证分析。本文基于遥感生态指数模型分析了北京市2013~2020年生态环境质量变化情况,并利用全市生态环境质量指数进行了研究验证。结果表明:2013~2020年,北京市生态环境质量不断变好,特别是2017年生态保护红线划定后,生态环境质量变化明显,其中,2017~2020年生态环境质量转优速度明显,增加幅度约为2013~2017年的2~3倍;平原区生态环境质量逐步由差、较差向中等、良转变;山区生态环境质量持续提升,由中等、良向优转变,等级为优的区域明显扩大。遥感生态指数的大小能够用来快速反映生态环境质量状况。With the demarcation of the ecological protection red line,Beijing,the capital of China,has witnessed partial changes in its ecological space.The ecological environment in Beijing has continued to improve.The conduction of dynamic ecological environment monitoring in Beijing allows for a comprehensive understanding of changes in the city’s ecological environment,helping to clarify its future development trends.It is vital support for optimizing city’s functions and building a harmonious and livable urban environment.It also serves as a crucial fundation for advancing Beijing’s ecological civilization construction in the new era.This paper employs the remote sensing ecological index model(RSEI)to analyze changes in ecological environment quality for the years 2013,2017,and 2020.It examines the characteristics and trends in ecological environment quality in Beijing.Then combining the ecological environment index(EI)published by Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau,this study utilizes the Pearson correlation coefficient method to evaluate the results of RSEI and validate its reliability as an indicator for assessing ecological environment quality in Beijing.These findings can provide data reference for the evaluation of ecological environment quality,ecological protection,and restoration in Beijing in the future.The results show that the RSEI value can represent that of the EI to some certain extent,which can be used to quickly reflect the ecological environment quality.The ecological environment quality in Beijing has improved continuously from 2013 to 2020,especially following the delineation of the ecological protection red line in 2017.In terms of ecological quality levels,the areas with excellent and good ecological quality increased by 1.85%and 3.91%between 2013 and 2017,and the areas with excellent and good ecological quality increased by 8.55%and 8.93%between 2017 and 2020.Regarding changes in ecological quality,the ecological environment of Beijing’s plain have transitoned from poor to m
