S-100吸收性止血绫在腹腔镜下肾上腺手术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究S-100吸收性止血绫在腹腔镜下肾上腺手术中的应用效果.方法选取湖南省肿瘤医院泌尿外科2022年9月-2023年3月接受腹腔镜肾上腺手术的84例患者作为研究对象,按照简单信封随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例.观察组在手术中使用S-100吸收性止血绫,对照组使用常规止血材料脑棉片.比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间,术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后1d疼痛评分、术后不同时点(3d、7d、14d)的创面愈合评分及住院时间、并发症发生情况.结果观察组的术中出血量更低(t=23.061),手术时间更短(t=11.726),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.观察组术后的胃肠功能恢复时间更短(t=12.618)、术后1d疼痛评分更低(t=10.117)、住院时间更短(t=28.218),术后不同时点的创面愈合评分均高于对照组(t=4.602,14.426,10.862),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.两组患者围术期均未出现手术相关的严重并发症.结论腹腔镜下肾上腺手术中使用S-100可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,有利于减少术后疼痛,促进术后伤口愈合,使患者更快康复.Objective To study the application effect of S-100 absorbable hemostatic gauze in laparoscopic adrenal surgery.Methods 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy in Urology of Hunan Cancer Hospital from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the simple envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group used S-100 absorbable hemostatic gauze during surgery,while the control group used conventional hemostatic material brain cotton pads.Compare the intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,1-day postoperative pain score,wound healing score at different time points(3d,7d,14d),hospitalization time,and complications between two groups of patients.Results The observation group had lower intraoperative bleeding(t=23.061)and shorter surgical time(t=11.726),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function(t=12.618),lower pain score(t=10.117),and shorter hospital stay(t=28.218).The wound healing scores at different time points after surgery were higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=4.602,14.426,10.862).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Both groups of patients did not experience any serious complications related to surgery during the perioperative period.Conclusion The use of S-100 in laparoscopic adrenal surgery can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten surgical time,and is beneficial for reducing postoperative pain,promoting wound healing,and faster patient recovery.
