达克罗宁胶浆对气管内全麻患者拔管期的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨达克罗宁胶浆对气管内全麻患者拔管期的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月在徐州医科大学附属医院接受治疗的60例气管内全麻患者作为研究对象,将患者分别纳入观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组患者在拔管前口咽腔内喷洒达克罗宁胶浆,对照组患者口咽腔内喷洒生理盐水.观察并比较两组患者在拔管期的呼吸功能、血氧饱和度、心率及拔管呛咳反应程度.结果观察组患者在拔管期的呼吸功能恢复更快且更稳定,与对照组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05).观察组患者在拔管期的血氧饱和度更高且心率更稳定,与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05).观察组呛咳反应程度低于对照组,与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论达克罗宁胶浆在气管内全麻患者拔管期间的应用可以显著改善患者的呼吸功能恢复速度和稳定性,提高血氧饱和度并保持心率的稳定.因此,达克罗宁胶浆可以作为一种有效的辅助治疗手段,值得在气管内全麻患者的拔管过程中应用.Objective To investigate the effect of dyclonine mucilage during extubation in patients undergoing endotracheal anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with endotracheal from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30),the patients in the observation group were sprayed with Dyclonine mucilage in the oropharynx cavity before extubation,while the patients in the control group were sprayed with normal saline in the oropharynx cavity.Respiratory function,Oxygenation,heart rate,and the degree of cough response during extubation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the respiratory function of the patients in the observation group recovered more quickly and stably than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a higher Oxygenation rate and a more stable heart rate during extubation,which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cough response in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dyclonine mucilage during extubation in patients undergoing endotracheal anesthesia can significantly improve the recovery rate and stability of respiratory function,improve Oxygenation and maintain heart rate stability.Therefore,dyclonine mucilage can be recommended and used as an effective adjunctive therapy in the extubation of patients under endotracheal anesthesia.
