新活素治疗老年难治性心力衰竭临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究新活素治疗老年难治性心力衰竭(RHF)的临床效果.方法选取2021年9月-2023年5月广东省湛江中心人民医院收治的160例老年RHF患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各80例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用新活素治疗.比较两组治疗效果、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及不良反应.结果研究组的总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05).治疗后,两组NT-proBNP均降低,研究组低于对照组,两组LVEF水平均升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论新活素可提高老年RHF患者的治疗效果,改善其NT-proBNP、LVEF水平,且不增加不良反应.Objective To explore the clinical effect of neoactivin in the treatment of elderly refractory heart failure(RHF).Methods 160 elderly patients with RHF treated in our hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 80 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with neoactive on this basis.The therapeutic effect,amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NT-proBNP was decreased in both groups,the study group was lower than the control group,and LVEF level was increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Neoactivin can improve the therapeutic effect of RHF in elderly patients,improve the level of NT-proBNP and LVEF,and do not increase the adverse reactions.
