中药热敷联合TDP神灯在腰椎骨折术后恢复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究中药热敷联合电磁波谱(TDP)神灯在腰椎骨折术后恢复中的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月-2022年11月于乐平市中医医院住院的96例老年腰椎骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各48例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取中药热敷联合TDP神灯护理.比较两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、步行时间和距离、术后并发症发生率.结果出院时,两组VAS评分低于干预前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).术后8周,两组步行时间短于干预前,观察组短于对照组,两组步行距离远于干预前,观察组远于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05).结论中药热敷联合TDP神灯可减轻腰椎骨折患者的疼痛感,促进患者步行功能恢复,降低并发症总发生率.Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with electromagnetic spectrum(TDP)magic lamp in the recovery of lumbar spine fracture.Methods 96 elderly patients with lumbar fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with TDP magic lamp nursing on this basis.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],walking time and distance,and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks after operation,the walking time of two groups was shorter than before intervention,the observation group was shorter than control group,and the walking distance of two groups was farther than before intervention,and the observation group was farther than control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with TDP magic lamp can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar fracture,promote the recovery of walking function and reduce the incidence of complications.
