景天祛斑片联合维A酸乳膏对面部黄褐斑患者氧化应激指标及皮肤屏障功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究景天祛斑片联合维A酸乳膏对面部黄褐斑患者氧化应激指标及皮肤屏障功能的影响.方法选取淮安市皮肤病医院从2021年2月-2023年2月收治的81例面部黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,将其以电脑编号随机法分为联合组(n=40)及参考组(n=41).参考组予以维A酸乳膏治疗,联合组则于参考组基础上增用景天祛斑片治疗.对比两组疗效、氧化应激指标水平、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应.结果联合组总有效率高于参考组(P<0.05).治疗后两组各项氧化应激指标水平较治疗前均改善,且联合组丙二醛(MDA)水平为(24.51±2.39)μmol/L,低于参考组的(28.09±3.16)μmol/L,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平分别为(32.75±4.58)U/ml、(11.72±1.23)g/L,均高于参考组的(27.99±3.87)U/ml、(8.95±1.17)g/L(均P<0.05).治疗后两组各项皮肤屏障功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且联合组皮脂含量、角质层含水量、经表皮水分流失值(TEWL)水平分别为(34.55±5.38)U.C、(39.25±4.59)U.C、(17.34±2.85)g/m²h,均高于参考组的(32.07±4.79)U.C、(37.23±4.23)U.C、(16.02±2.46)g/m²h(均P<0.05).两组各项不良反应发生率对比,差异均不明显(均P>0.05).结论景天祛斑片联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部黄褐斑的疗效较佳,且能改善氧化应激指标水平与皮肤屏障功能,值得推广.Objective To study the effects of Sedum Quban tablet combined with retinoic acid cream on oxidative stress indexes and skin barrier function in patients with facial melasma.Methods 81 patients with facial melasma treated in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into joint group(n=40)and reference group(n=41)by computer numbering method.The reference group was treated with retinoic acid cream,and the combined group was treated with Sedum Quban tablet.The efficacy,oxidative stress index level,skin barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of oxidative stress indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the combined group was(24.51±2.39)μmol/L,which was lower than that in the reference group(28.09±3.16)μmol/L.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were(32.75±4.58)U/ml and(11.72±1.23)g/L,respectively,which were higher than those of the reference group(27.99±3.87)U/ml and(8.95±1.17)g/L(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of all skin barrier function indexes in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the seboid content,cuticle water content,and Trans Epidermal Water Loss(TEWL)in the combined group were(34.55±5.38)U.C,(39.25±4.59)U.C,and(17.34±2.85)g/m²h,respectively higher than the reference group's(32.07±4.79)U.C,(37.23±4.23)U.C and(16.02±2.46)g/m²h(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Sedum Quban tablet combined with retinoic acid cream has good curative effect in the treatment of facial melasma,and can improve the level of oxidative stress indexes and skin barrier function,which is worthy of promotion.
