伤湿止痛膏与麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗感冒后咳嗽临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析在为感冒后咳嗽患者实施治疗的过程中伤湿止痛膏与麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗所获得的临床疗效.方法此研究将2021年1月-2022年10月期间南营门街社区卫生服务中心收治的感冒后咳嗽患者42例作为实验对象,根据患者治疗方法的不同将其分为接受伤湿止痛膏治疗的对照组与接受麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗的观察组,每组各有患者21例,对比分析不同药物所获得的治疗效果.结果观察组患者临床疗效、治疗后咳嗽症状评分、肺功能指标以及中医证候评分均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者咳嗽症状评分、肺功能指标以及中医证候评分均无显著差异,P>0.05.结论在为感冒后咳嗽患者实施治疗的过程中麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗所获得的效果相对较为显著,不仅提高了临床疗效,同时还更好地改善了患者的日间、夜间咳嗽症状与肺功能,减轻了其咳嗽疼痛程度,并缓解了各项中医证候,其效果显著优于伤湿止痛膏治疗.Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of Shangshi Zhitong paste and Shexiang Zhuifeng paste in the treatment of patients with cough after cold.Methods In this study,42 patients who received treatment for cough after cold in hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group receiving treatment with Shangshi Zhitong paste and observation group receiving acupuncture point application with Shexiang Zhuifeng paste,with 21 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of different drugs were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy,cough symptom score,pulmonary function index and TCM symptom score of observation group were significantly different from those of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cough symptom score,lung function index and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating patients with cough after cold,the effect of Shexiang Zhuifeng paste acupoint application is relatively significant,which not only improves the clinical effect,but also better improves the cough symptoms and lung function of patients during the day and night,reduces the degree of cough pain and relieves various TCM symptoms,and its effect is significantly better than that of Shangshi Zhitong paste.
