摘　　要：非正规经济是城市经济的有益补充。在新时期经济环境背景下,城市非正规经济的形成过程和特征已然发生着变化,但目前针对其变化的相关研究和探讨较少。本文通过对案例区域非正规经济进行调研分析,从非正规经济集聚区形成过程、时空分布规律及形态特征3个维度进行归纳总结,在揭示新时期非正规经济内涵和空间演变规律的基础上,提出了非正规经济治理的方法和存续、新生策略,以期为新时期激活城市经济活力提供新思路。The informal economy is a useful complement to the urban economy.In the context of the economic environment in the new era,the formation and characteristics of the urban informal economy have changed,but there are few relevant studies and discussions on its changes at present.Based on the investigation and analysis of the informal economy in the case area,this paper summarizes the formation process of the informal economy agglomeration area,the laws of space-time distribution and the morphological characteristics of the three dimensions.On the basis of revealing the connotation and spatial evolution of the informal economy in the new era,it puts forward the survival and regeneration strategies of the informal economy governance,with a view to providing new ideas for activating the vitality of the urban economy in the new era.
