夏荔芪胶囊治疗前列腺增生(本虚标实证)的药物经济学评价

摘　　要：目的评价夏荔芪胶囊治疗前列腺增生(BPH)(本虚标实证)的经济性。方法从卫生体系角度出发,基于公开发表的系统评价和Meta分析,使用TreeAgePro2018.2.1软件构建决策树模型,以2020年人均可支配收入作为增量成本-效果比(ICER)的判断阈值,以BPH治疗费用为成本参数,以I-PSS为效果参数,评价夏荔芪胶囊+常规治疗方案治疗BPH(本虚标实证)的经济性。结果与单用常规治疗比较,夏荔芪胶囊+常规治疗方案的增量成本为395.33元,增量效果为3.86分,ICER值为102.42元/分,占人均可支配收入的0.32%。单因素敏感性分析表明对研究结果影响最大的是夏荔芪胶囊+常规治疗的效果参数,其次是治疗BPH所花费的平均费用。概率敏感性分析表明该研究结果相对稳健。结论夏荔芪胶囊联合常规治疗方案在改善BPH(本虚标实证)患者的下尿路症状方面,相较于常规治疗方案更具经济性。Objective Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Xialiqi capsule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,(BPH)with deficiency in origin and excess in superficies syndrome.Methods A decision tree model was built with the Meta-analysis published and the TreeAge Pro 2018.2.1 software from healthcare system perspective,and Per Capita Disposable Income in 2020 was used as the judgment threshold of incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER),The cost of BPH treatment was taken as the cost parameter,and I-PSS was taken as the effect parameter,to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Xialiqi capsule with conventional treatment scheme in treating BPH with deficiency in origin and excess in superficies syndrome retrospectively.Results Compared with conventional treatment alone,the incremental cost of Xialiqi capsule plus conventional treatment program was 395.33 yuan,the incremental effect was 3.86 points,and the ICER value was 102.42 yuan/point,accounting for 0.32%of per capita disposable income.The single factor sensitivity analysis showed that the effect parameters of Xaliqi capsule+conventional treatment had the greatest impact on the study results,followed by the average cost of BPH treatment.Probabilistic sensitivity analysis showed that the results are relatively robust.Conclusion Xialiqi capsule combined with conventional treatment is more economical than conventional treatment in improving the lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH patients.
