摘　　要：目的探讨客观结构化临床技能考试(OSCE)在临床工作未满1年的护士(N0级护士)培训中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月济南市第三人民医院的N0级护士115名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=58)和对照组(n=57)。对照组采用传统考核模式,试验组采用OSCE模式,比较两组考核成绩、参试者和考官对OSCE的满意度。结果试验组护理评估、基础技能操作、临床思维、急救技能以及人文护理沟通评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组参试者满意度为93.10%高于对照组的75.44%,试验组考官满意度为89.66%高于对照组的70.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSCE在N0护士培训中的应用价值良好,可有效改善N0护士的护理知识与能力,提高参试者和考官满意度。Objective To explore the application value of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in nurses with less than 1 year(N0 level nurses)training.Methods A total of 115 grade N0 nurses from the Third People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group(n=58)and control group(n=57)by random number table method.The traditional assessment mode was used in the control group,and the OSCE mode was used in the experimental group.The assessment results of the two groups and the satisfaction of the participants and examiners on OSCE were compared.Results The scores of nursing evaluation,basic skill operation,clinical thinking,first aid skill and humanistic nursing communication in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the test group was(93.10%)higher than that of the control group(75.44%),and the examiner satisfaction rate of the test group was(89.66%)higher than that of the control group(70.18%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of OSCE in the training of N0 nurses is good,which can effectively improve the nursing knowledge and ability of N0 nurses,and improve the satisfaction rate of participants and examiners.
