摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是重要的公共卫生问题,面对中国沉重的肾脏疾病负担,加强肾脏疾病防控,推进管理关口前移已迫在眉睫。《中国慢性肾脏病早期评价与管理指南》在多学科专家充分共识及系统证据检索的基础上,为临床工作者、基层医疗卫生人员以及卫生政策制定者提供符合中国国情的慢性肾脏病筛查、诊断与管理指导,促进肾脏疾病的合理诊疗和规范管理。文章就该指南的相关核心要点进行简要解读。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is an important public health problem.In the face of the burden of kidney disease in China,it is urgent to strengthen the prevention and control of CKD and promote the early management.Based on the consensus of multi-disciplinary experts and systematic search for evidence,the Guidelines for early evaluation and management of chronic kidney disease in China provides guidance for healthcare providers and health policy makers on screening,diagnosis,and management of CKD in China.The guideline aims to promote rational diagnosis,treatment,and standardized management of kidney diseases in China.The present article interprets the keypoints of this guideline.
