摘　　要：文章旨在探讨电视节目画面剪辑和声音剪辑技巧的应用。在画面剪辑方面,研究包括画面的选择与顺序安排、过渡效果的灵活运用;在声音剪辑方面,着眼于音效的巧妙选择和精确定位、音乐的有机融合。通过对这些技术的背景、需求及其在电视节目制作中的应用进行分析,促进电视节目视听领域的发展。The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of picture editing and sound editing skills in TV programs.In the aspect of picture editing,the research includes the selection and sequence arrangement of pictures and the flexible use of transition effects;In the aspect of sound editing,we focus on the clever selection and accurate positioning of sound effects and the organic integration of music.By analyzing the background,demand and application of these technologies in TV program production,the development of TV program audio-visual field is promoted.
