摘　　要：剪辑主要指对片段化的拍摄素材的二次创作,依照一定的流程对素材进行整合排序,并结合需求配以字幕、音乐等内容进行包装。在电视节目后期制作中,剪辑是至关重要的环节,能直接影响电视节目的呈现效果,赋予观众更好的视觉和听觉体验。基于此,在阐述剪辑的基本概念及重要性的基础上,分别论述电视节目后期制作中常用的画面和声音剪辑技术,并分析剪辑技术在电视节目制作中的应用技巧,为提高电视节目剪辑师的剪辑水平提供参考,推动剪辑技术的发展,更有力地保障电视节目的质量和收视率。Editing mainly refers to the secondary creation of fragmented shooting materials,integrating and sorting the materials according to a certain process,and packaging with subtitles,music and other content according to the needs.In the post-production of television programs,editing is a crucial link,which can directly affect the presentation effect of television programs and give the audience a better visual and auditory experience.Based on this,on the basis of explaining the basic concept and importance of editing,this paper discusses the commonly used picture and sound editing techniques in the post-production of television programs,and analyzes the application skills of editing techniques in the production of television programs,so as to provide references for improving the editing level of television program editors and promote the development of editing techniques.To provide a stronger guarantee for the quality and ratings of television programs.
