摘　　要：智能运维系统是一种采用人工智能、大数据分析等技术手段的系统,在提高设备可靠性、降低运营成本以及提升用户体验方面具有重要作用。以智能运维系统为切入点,分析其特点及其在广播电视工程中的具体应用,探讨当前广播电视运维工作面临的挑战,提出相应的优化策略,旨在推动广播电视行业向更加智能化、高效化方向发展。As a system that utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis,intelligent operation and maintenance systems play an important role in improving device reliability,reducing operating costs,and enhancing user experience.This article takes the intelligent operation and maintenance system as the starting point,analyzes its characteristics and specific applications in broadcasting and television engineering,explores the challenges faced by current broadcasting and television operation and maintenance work,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies,aiming to promote the development of the broadcasting and television industry towards more intelligent and efficient.
