超声评估祛瘀解毒消咽汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析超声评估祛瘀解毒消咽汤治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月至2021年10月金华市人民医院与宁波大学附属人民医院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者90例,采用随机单双数法分为对照组45例(地诺孕素治疗)和观察组45例(地诺孕素联合祛瘀解毒消咽汤治疗),治疗时间为3个月经周期。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者症状评分(痛经、腰骶不适)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血浆黏度和低切全血黏度等指标并无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血液流变指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者盆腔包块无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者盆腔包块小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者采用祛瘀解毒消咽汤进行治疗时可有效改善血流动力学指标,降低中医症状评分,提升治疗效果,超声评估治疗后盆腔包块缩小,对临床治疗具有指导价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Quyu Jiedu Xiaoyan Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis(EMs)by ultrasound.Methods A total of 90 patients with EMs admitted to Jinhua People's Hospital and the Affiliated People's Hospital of Ningbo University from December 2020 to October 2021 were divided into the control group 45 cases(treated with Dinorgestrel)and the observation group 45 cases(treated with Dinorgestrel combined with Quyu Jidu Xiaoyan Decoction)by random single double method.The treatment time was 3 menstrual cycles.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Symptom scores(dysmenorrhea,lumbosacral discomfort)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in plasma viscosity and low-cut whole blood viscosity between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemorheology index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pelvic mass between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quyu Jiedu Xiaoyan Decoction can effectively improve the hemodynamic index,reduce the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,and enhance the therapeutic effect in patients with EMs.Ultrasound evaluation of pelvic mass shrinkage after treatment has guiding value for clinical treatment.
