米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗流产后宫内残留疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较米非司酮、米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片及对照组治疗流产后宫内残留的疗效及不良反应,探讨米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片在治疗流产后宫内残留的应用价值。方法收集144例在本院妇科住院药物流产后超声提示宫内残留的患者,分为对照组、米非司酮组、米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片组,观察流产后第31天肝肾功能、子宫的超声情况,以及服药期间不良反应情况。结果在治疗流产后宫内残留方面,对照组治疗流产后宫内残留排出有效率仅37.8%,米非司酮组治疗流产后宫内残留排出有效率为58.1%,与对照组有效率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片组治疗流产后宫内残留排出有效率87.1%,明显高于米非司酮组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗流产后宫内残留过程中各种不良反应方面,对照组、米非司酮组及米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片组各种不良反应发生率均接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗流产后宫内残留方面疗效明确,同时不良反应发生率较低,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse effects of mifepristone,mifepristone combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablets and the control group in treating intrauterine residual after abortion,and to explore the application value of mifepristone combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablets in the treatment of intrauterine residual after abortion.Methods 144 patients were collected whose ultrasound indicated intrauterine residue after medical abortion in Gynecology department of our hospital,divided into the control group,the mifepristone group and the mifeprione combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablets group.The liver and kidney function,uterine ultrasound result and adverse reactions during administration were observed on the 31st day after abortion.Results In terms of intrauterine residual after abortion,the effective expulsion rate of the control group was only 37.8%,and that of the mifepristone group was 58.1%,which was close to that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intrauterine residual expulsion rate of the mifepristone combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablets group was 87.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the mifepristone group and the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of various adverse reactions during the treatment of the intrauterine residual,the control group,the mifepristone group and the mifepristone combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablet group were close to the incidence of various adverse reactions,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of mifeprione combined dispirenone ethinyestradiol tablets in treating intrauterine residue after abortion is clear,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical reference.
