3,260例泌尿生殖道支原体临床分布及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的分析泌尿生殖道支原体的临床分布及耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法收集2020年1月至2021年12月本院检出的共3,260例泌尿生殖道支原体阳性样本,并进行药敏分析。结果仅检出解脲脲原体(Uu)2,328例(71.41%),仅检出人型支原体(Mh)108例(3.44%),同时检出两种支原体(Uu+Mh)820例(25.15%)。药敏结果显示,女性和男性样本分离的支原体药敏基本一致,不同性别的三种检出类型对四环素类抗生素及交沙霉素的敏感率高于68%;仅检出Uu对环丙沙星耐药率>86%,对其余抗生素的耐药率均<26%;仅检出Mh对喹诺酮类、大环内酯类抗生素的耐药率均>44%;同时检出Uu+Mh对喹诺酮类抗生素、大环内酯类抗生素的耐药率均>58%。结论泌尿生殖道检出支原体以单纯检出Uu为主,且对药物敏感性较好;单纯检出Mh及同时检出Uu+Mh对多种抗生素耐药率较高。临床应根据泌尿生殖道检出支原体的药敏结果精准用药。Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of mycoplasma urogenital tract in clinical so as to guide clinical rational drug use.Methods 3,260 positive samples of mycoplasma urogenital tract from Xinchang People's Hospital were collected and analyzed for drug sensitivity.Results There were 2,328 cases(71.41%)of ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu),108 cases(3.44%)of Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)and 820 cases(25.15%)of two kinds of mycoplasma(Uu+Mh)were detected.Susceptibility analysis results showed that the mycoplasma susceptibility of female and male samples was basically the same,and the susceptibility rates of the three types of different genders were higher than 68%to tetracycline antibiotics and josamycine.The resistance rate of Uu to ciprofloxacin was more than 86%,and the resistance rate to other antibiotics was lower than 26%.The resistance rate of Mh to quinolone antibiotics and macrolide antibiotics was higher than 44%.The resistance rate of Uu+Mh to quinolone antibiotics and macrolide antibiotics were high than 58%.Conclusion The detection of mycoplasma in urogenital tract is mainly based on Uu,which is sensitive to drugs.Mh and Uu+Mh at the same time show higher resistance rate to multiple antibiotics.Antibiotics should be used for clinical prevention and treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity of mycoplasma detected in urogenital tract.
