气囊导尿管灌肠在双腔肠造口患者肠道准备的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价气囊导尿管顺行性灌肠在双腔肠造口患者清洁灌肠中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月至2022年12月在本院胃肠病中心住院、双肠腔造口且需要清洁灌肠的78例患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组39例和对照组39例。观察组使用双腔气囊导尿管经造口自上而下顺行灌肠,对照组使用一次性肛管经肛门口逆行灌肠。比较两组操作时间、灌肠次数、肠道清洁合格率和灌肠舒适度。结果观察组肠道清洁合格率、灌肠舒适度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总操作时间、灌肠次数和并发症发生率均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用气囊导尿管顺行灌肠效果好,有助于提高双腔肠造口患者肠道清洁合格率,减少灌肠操作时间和操作次数,提高灌肠舒适度。Objective To evaluate the effect of balloon catheter in enema from top to bottom for patients with double-loop enterostomy.Methods A total of 78 patients who were hospitalized ina gastroenterology center of our hospital in Quzhou City from January 2020 to December 2022,who had double colostomy and needed cleaning enema were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.Using the random number table to divide them into the experimental group of 39 cases and the control group of 39 cases.The experimental group was given a double-lumen balloon catheter for enema through the stoma from top to bottom,and the control group was given a one-time anal canal for retrograde enema through the anal.The operation time,number of enema,qualified rate of bowel cleaning and enema comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of bowel cleaning and the comfort level of enema were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total operation time and number of enema in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Balloon catheter enema has a good effect,which helps to improve the qualified rate of intestinal cleaning in patients with double-loop enterostomy,shorten the operation time and number of enema operations,and enhance the comfort level of enema.
