摘  要:针对薄带铸轧生产线中转向夹送辊的主要设计参数进行了研究。在理论计算的基础上,充分考虑薄带铸轧生产线的工艺特点和转向夹送辊的应用工况,分别阐述了卷取张力、辊径、上辊偏移角及张力辊压紧力的计算原则。通过上述主要设计参数的确定,为后续开展转向夹送辊的详细设备奠定了基础。依靠本文所述方法设计、制造的转向夹送辊已经在工程实践中应用,使用效果良好。The main design parameters of deflector pinch roll in casting strip rolling were studied.On the basis of theoretical calculation,the process characteristics of casting strip rolling and the application condition of deflector pinch roll are fully considered,and the calculation principles of winding tension,roll diameter,upper roll biasing angle and tension roll compression force are expounded respectively.Through the determination of the above main design parameters,the foundation is laid for the subsequent development of the detailed equipment of the deflector pinch roll.The deflector pinch roll designed and manufactured by the method described in this paper has been applied in engineering practice,and the application effect is good.
