摘　　要：水冷风口大套设备是炼铁高炉风口带重要设备之一,蛇形管作为其制造的组件之一,对其尺寸、弯曲质量有着严格的要求。本文通过三维数字化建模、自动控制手段,研发了一款蛇形管弯管机。通过更换胎膜,该弯管机可以制造各种锥度的蛇形管,并且可以通过调节机构,方便的调整弯曲螺距。实践表明,这一弯管机结构稳定、操作方便,切实为企业解决了制造难题。The water-cooled tuyere holder equipment is one of the important equipment in the tuyere belt of iron making blast furnace.As one of its components,the serpentine tube has strict requirements on its size and bending quality.In this paper,a serpentine pipe bender is developed by means of 3D digital modeling and automatic control.By replacing the fetal membrane,the pipe bender can manufacture various taper serpentine tubes,and can conveniently adjust the bending pitch through the adjustment mechanism.The practice shows that this pipe bender has stable structure and convenient operation,which practically solves the manufacturing problems for enterprises.
