摘 要:连铸坯凝固末端大压下技术是利用连铸坯芯部温度高和表面温度低的逆向温度场,通过在连铸坯凝固末端施加大压下量,来减轻或者消除连铸坯的中心疏松和缩孔。连铸坯的运行速度是影响大压下工艺控制的重要因素。描述了一种连铸机连铸坯速度检测装置,该检测装置是通过检测从动辊速度来实现的,从动轮安装在大压下装置前面扇形段的从动辊上,测速装置具有工作环境好、使用寿命长、机械结构简单、可拆卸、安装更换方便、测速装置精度高、测速准确、测速装置与扇形段从动辊之间同心度高和具有广泛的适用性等特点,可为大压下辊转速控制及大压下速度的设置提供准确的速度参数。The technique of large pressure down at the solidification end of continuous casting billet is to reduce or eliminate the center porosity and shrinkage hole of continuous casting billet by applying large pressure down at the solidification end of continuous casting billet,which is based on the reverse temperature field of high core temperature and low surface temperature.The running speed of continuous casting billet is an important factor that affects the process control of high pressure.This paper describes a speed measuring device for continuous casting billet in continuous casting machine.The measuring device is realized by measuring the speed of driven roller.The driven wheel is installed on the driven roller in the sector in front of the high pressure lowering device.Speed measuring device has good working environment,long service life,simple mechanical structure,removable,easy installation and replacement,speed measuring device with high precision,accurate speed and speed measuring device and fan driven roller between high concentricity and has wide applicability,can provide large pressure roller speed control and with great speed Settings provide accurate velocity parameters.
