摘 要:通过基于数字孪生的带式焙烧机热工系统控制方法,通过采集球团生产过程数据,将采集的球团生产过程数据进行修正和拟合分析,创建针对球团烧结过程中物理化学变化的机理模型;将机理模型降阶为低阶数学模型,再结合球团烧结传热计算公式,以球团烧结质量指标和烧结过程中能耗最低为约束条件,求解出球团烧结中各工艺段不同时间点的被控变量的取值数据;基于厄根方程,结合被控变量的取值数据求解可控变量的取值数据,将可控变量的取值数据下发至带式焙烧机热工系统的可编程逻辑控制器,使得可编程逻辑控制器自动控制带式焙烧机热工系统实现最低能耗烧结。The control method of belt roaster thermal system based on digital twin is used to collect pellet production process data.The collected pellet production process data were corrected and fitted to analyze to create a mechanism model for the physicochemical changes during pellet sintering.The mechanism model was downgraded to a low-order mathematical model,and combined with the calculation formula of heat transfer in pellet sintering,the value data of the controlled variables at different time points in each process section in pellet sintering were solved under the constraints of the quality index of pellet sintering and the lowest energy consumption in the sintering process.Based on Ergen's equation,combined with the value data of the controlled variable to solve the value data of the controllable variable,the value data of the controllable variable is sent to the programmable logic controller of the belt roaster thermal system,so that the programmable logic controller automatically controls the belt roaster thermal system to achieve the lowest energy consumption sintering.
