摘 要:为解决扩容后钢包耳轴套及锁定螺母寿命缩短的问题,本文对某钢厂90t钢包进行了分析。对钢包实体进行三维建模,并分别进行机械应力、热应力、正常调运工况以及从VD炉中起吊工况下的热机耦合有限元分析。分析结果表明,扩容后钢包耳轴区域零件寿命缩短主要是由于钢包在VD炉高温环境下吊运时,耳轴套发生了微小的塑性变形,长期累积的变形压迫螺母螺纹发生断裂。依据仿真结果,本文提出了几种改造方法用以解决耳轴轴套寿命缩短的问题。In order to solve the problem of shortening the life of the ladle trunnion bushing and locknut after expansion,this paper analyses a 90t ladle in a steel plant.Through the three-dimensional modelling of the ladle unit and respectively mechanical stress,thermal stress,normal transfer conditions and lifting from the VD furnace under the conditions of thermal-mechanical coupling,finite element analysis is performed.The analysis results show that the shortened service life of the journals of the expanded ladle is mainly due to the small plastic deformation of the journals when the ladle is lifted in the high-temperature environment of the VD furnace,and the long-term accumulation of deformation pushes the nut threads to fracture.Based on the simulation results,this paper proposes several modification methods to solve the problem of trunnion sleeve life shortening.
